Hand-milked and homemade here on our homestead in Western NC

Here at Feathers and Flowers Homestead, we take pride in our products, and only sell what we ourselves use. Our products are made in small batches, with close attention to even the smallest details. We strive to use the freshest of ingredients, including our fresh goats milk, hand milked here on our homestead, as well as herbs handpicked from our garden. All of our soaps are scented with high quality essential oils, and, if colored, are colored with natural colorants such as clays and vegetable powders.

Why Goat's Milk Soap?

Goats milk is packed full of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids that are super beneficial for keeping skin soft, moisturizing the skin, and helping to repair the skins natural barrier.

Here’s a few fun facts about goats milk:

The lactic acid in goats milk works as a natural exfoliant, by removing dead skin cells without removing healthy ones.
Goat milk contains high levels of vitamin A and selenium, which helps maintain a healthy microbiome, helping prevent acne.
Goat milk is full of Vitamin C and E, which helps protect the skin from aging.
Goat milk helps reduce inflammation and contains less allergens.
Goat milk has a similar pH level as humans, so it’s absorbed by our skin with less irritation and keeps bacteria at bay!!
